I have a couple of enchant scrolls but I can’t use them because every hat (or hair accessory) are described as “cannot enhance” even in the market all of them are the same. Is there a requirement to use the enchant scroll?
I have 3 equips (hair accessories) enhanced by myself but this was months ago but now I can’t enhance or re-enhance my old hats.
That is not related to Hat Enchant Scrolls, but Enchant Jewels. (IMC should clarify/improve/rename that)
Remove some old addons, something broke and cause Hat Scrolls problems.

I never see one enchant jewel but are they for enhancing equipment like weapons/armor and the enchant scrolls for enhancing hair accessories?
Yes, they was added at end of October.
IMC should clarify/improve/rename that
