I can't create a support ticket

Bug Description :
I am unable to create a support ticket about another problem. when i click on the support section of this website it ask me to log into my steam ID. When i do it says its incorrect, but its not. I am in the game on the same steam account i am trying to log a ticket using. I don’t know what to do at this point.

Bug: I have the exact same bug, I can’t make a support ticket as it keeps telling me, that my login is incorrect.
