I can't complete astral tower 20F quest Building Initiation

Steps to reproduce the issue : Hi, i was doing the quest Building Initiation but i can’t use the key because on the last quest i received two keys. Now i can’t continuing the astral tower’s quests.
Because of the two keys i can’t interact with the monsters.

I sent a ticket and they say that i should come here an ask on the forum.
Why can’t we have support?

I finished this quest with all my characters. Have you checked on youtube the steps in order to finish this quest? I am pretty sure It isn’t bugged!

Man… the problem was that i received TWO First Generation Keys (see the photo) and now i can’t interact with monster.
I did that quest so many times too.

I friend from my guild helped me!! He did the quest (with only ONE key) and complete it with me
