I can't buy TP [Hispanic]

i love this game but i can’t support it, well my problem is this:

i’m from island in the caribbean sea near puerto rico, dominican republic.

we speak spanish and we usually study english since is the international languague.

Itos has a server called south america but the people only speak in portuguese and i don’t understand what they talking about, they ask for party in portuguese, they sell everything in portuguese and if the last topic about [silute] they call that server “the brasilian server”.

i don’t have any problem with our brasilian friends they even help us with our economy in my country but hispanic people are having a hard time here and we can’t but tp with that high price in NA.`

let us buy with south america price in NA after seeing our IP with a support ticket and we can support the game or create 2 all chat in silute english/spanish and portuguese this can help alot.

What op means:

Despite there is a “latin” server sadly, 99% of the Silute poblation its brazilian which a small population only talk spanish, this its a trouble because communication between both sides its hard. of course they could use english to talk each other, but you know how aggresive its the brazilian community with speak english users. this make hard to find someone from brasil that can speak english, which its a trouble when you want to buy something, or do a party.

And basically what he want (and some latin american players that play in NA servers) its to pay a more reasonable price. but i dont think that going to happen.

Maybe if we could get a real latin server. but probably would be hosted again in Sao Paolo Brasil which would be the same story.

Sadly as you OP im from Mexico, and i really want to buy some TP. but NA prices are just… well a little to much. at some point i would bought 900 TP, but Orsha server have some “Pullback lags”, sometimes i have to click 3 times to get to the character selection, character change dont works, and many many issues that make me feel if i buy those 900 TP for NA price wouldnt worth it

well imagine this sir, you are from south america and you can’t understand what they talking about in all chat or when you are going to sell/buy something they speak to you in another language and you are forced to go to NA but you can’t but TP because the price is too high.

Those few bugs you mention are normal everyone is dealing with that. Some more than others for char select and open server but its normal

yes thank you, you write english better than me, this what i’m trying to say the communication is hard.

but anyway i just want to let you know guys that the company is losing money, hispanic people don’t want to buy TP.

i wrote 2 solution:

1 let us buy tp in NA after seeing our IP from South america
2 create 2 all chat english/spanish and portuguese

i hope they won’t ignore this post.

leave silute as a brazilian server only and make a new Latin American Server, place it on a central location because current one (sao paulo) is only good for brazilians, most of LA ppl have high pings there(over 300ms)
