After the transfer i add my friends again, no problem at moment…that’s was yesterday, but today when i log in, mi Friend List are empty and cant add anyone.

I have the same problem.
My Friend List was reseted due the server transfer, but I added my friends again on the first day of new server (05/04) and today I noticed my Friend List is blank.
Can’t add them again, but my friends can see my online.

My problem extends that. Not only I can’t add people and the people I have added disappeared, but I can’t send or view PMs and shouts as well… 
Another person has the same problem like you. He told me that his girlfriend tried to enter in his account (on her computer) and friend list was OK like shout and PMs.
I’m sure the problem is our IP address which is limiting our online interaction.
