I cannot install TOS from steam . so i borrow my friend steam account to download it , my friend downloaded tos for free . then after i downloaded tos , i realized that i cannot play it , steam asked me to purchase it . I thought tos is a free to play game ? How to solve this problem ? pls reply me ASAP TQVM .
The game right now is locked for new players, other thing is, if you and your friend are in different regions (continents) you won’t be able to play it since Steam and the game validate through IP address.
