I cannot allocate Status points

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) :
First Map, Second Quest.
Quest to teaching put Status Points.

Bug Description :
I cannot allocate Status Points!
Iam LvL13 and dont have 1 point!, cannot proceed in the game

what i do is change channel until it works

Happened to me too.
Family name: Chariotte.
Char Name: Fleur.

same thing, dont need to abandon quest just change to a different channel until it works

My stats wont also change. please help.

I finally got my stats, after several changing of server then when I leveled up, I got my stats, thanks rellosa!

This also happened to me. I just tried to change character for a couple times and finally got it to work.

For some reason I don’t get the queue line anymore.

OK! ON lvl14 and after a lot! of channel changes, i got the lvls!
