When i launch the game , i can only choose the EU sever but only with the keyboard enter. I can not choose my server and i can not leave the game.
when i am in the page Team name, i can not put a letter and i am blocked, i wait several minutes but Nothing happen, i can not put a name in the team name . The button cancel do not work so i come back to Windows and i close Tree of savior. Somebody have the same problem ? if you have a solution tell me.

I find the solution , the trouble come , because my controller XBOX one made a conflict with the game , but with another controller that work
