hello come here to ask a question , after the update yesterday I can not longer have access to the game , and my nickname does not appear in any ban list, come here asks if anyone else is this problem ?
Well depending on when you tried logging in - a maintenance could very well be in place. I would suggest if you feel your account has a restriction on it - than contact support by sending a ticket.
Trying to use the forums as a method of resolution is a terrible idea and if your account does have issues I wouldn’t expect a fix until you contact support directly.
