I can not login with my steam account in the forum … when I try to login, the screen goes white and the site does not load.
You need to send me a ticket … Please help me.
I’m having the same exact issue, I didn’t receive the TP I purchased last night, and when I attempted to make a support ticket about it I couldn’t link my steam account to the tree of savior site (screen goes white and a refresh brings me back to the tree of savior home page) and now I’m at a loss for what to do.
I have tried to use different browsers and my phone to by pass this problem to no avail.
These look to be the same issue as the one I faced (per my thread).
Something is really broken with the first time steam account linking on the TOS site.
From browsing the Help section, we don’t seem to be the only ones facing this issue, there’s a couple other threads as well.

Yes I can send the ticket, I am waiting for the removal of the limit of purchases of the TP Trader in the game, I hope I get a quick response and that my problem is solved.
