I bought x2 100TP boundle on steam and I received nothing

I bought a TP boundle few hours ago on steam and I not recive any TP in my acount when I entered to the game

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1)I bought a TP boundle (100tp) on steam.

2)I received a notification on steam about a new item in my inventory, but I saw it and I only received a white and nameless item.

3)I entered to the game, open the TP button and saw nothing.

4)I closed the game, re-open it, and again and again, but nothing.

You’re not the only one, my friend. From the looks of things, it’s an issue with either TOS or Steam not talking to each other correctly so they can authorize the TP. Best option is to submit a support ticket, if not multiple, and let them know about it.

you will have to submit a ticket (maybe even four if you get hit by macro-close by support…). happened to me as well, still waiting after my 1st ticket got auto-closed.

There’s been a TP retrieval bug for a while already…months actually…not kidding you here.
It’s RNG. You may or may not get your TP.
Submit a ticket and hope for the best.
