Unticking the DLC worked for me.

Steam> Library> Right click on Tree of Savior> Property>Local Files>
verify integrity of files.

Worked for me.

Thank you. It found 7 error files and re-downloaded them for me. Now i can see servers

yes, I tried too ( It found 12 errors, redownloaded it but still can’t see list of servers

Revalidating the file cache helps. Keep doing it until you see the server list :D.

here is what worked for me go to

…Steam\SteamApps\common\TreeOfSavior\release

and find the file serverlist_recent.xml
mine was blank so i asked a friend to open his and pass me what was on his so open the file write this down and save…

I found a solution here in another topic.Download the program Hotspot Shield,close the steam,install and log in and them open steam and the game,I can see the server list now =D
