Hey there, I play on Fedimian (EU) and I’ve been appointed as one of the new VGM on the TOS Support Guild.
It’s been three days now that I’m trying to send a ticket to validate my position, but every time I try to send a ticket I get redirected to Steam in order to link my TOS and Steam account. And when I click the “Access” button to validate synchronization, after a long loading time, I get blank page.
I’ve tried to ask help on Discord too, but it seems that there’s a problem with authentication between the Steam and thr TOS website’s support page.
Since I cannot send a ticket about this issue, because I need to link my accounts in order to send a ticket, is there anyone who could help me out, please? Thank you for your consideration.
This forum is more or less dead. Your best bet is to ping a GM on Discord and hope they have an answer. The fact that to access the support page you have to create a Google or Facebook account is stupid, why they don’t use this forum’s account for that is beyond my comprehension…

I’ve also explained on Discord my problem, and pinged a GM. Since I’ve had no response so far, I’m trying this method too to solve my problem. I know the current status of this forum, but it’s still something I can try so I posted anyways.
