Every day when there is a new thread on Bot Report, this guy will always leave his comment. The horrible part is all his comments seems like it is an automated comment.

It will always goes like [quote=“GM_Francis, post:2, topic:328119, full:true”]
Hi XXX thank you for reporting, we will now conduct an investigation to these players.
[/quote]

Seriously, can we start flagging @GM_Francis comments on the Bot Report section? I am so tired of seeing this guy saying he will conduct an investigation, forwarding to developers etc etc when non of the bots will ever get banned.

So tired of this!

Just leave it be.
At least they have a system to answer bot reports. Maybe that is also sorting the complaints for them. I might be wrong and that might be just a hush system to make people think they care.

But I mean. Whatever right?

its always GM Francis alone. This makes me think if IMC is dividing every roles/positions to one GM each? Isnt this why they are doing things so inefficiently? If this is true, their way of doing thing is call the waterfall model in SDLC. I’ll just copy this decription from BASE36

This explains everything why ToS is so buggy, slow in dealing with things, and is having so much trouble in taking in changes.

Hmmm GMs instead of answering with a template, which I don’t think it’s a problem, unless you’re hoping that GMs would write a novel as a reply of acknowledgement.

we’re telling IMC their game is literally on fire, unplayable , and ridiculous

no prob with template, im not having a dinner date with gm anyway

but lack of follow up actions, solutions, remedy to the reports/situation is what pisses us all.

Bot reporters are the real spammers! They keep posting in the forums even if their posts don’t really matter to IMC.

Ban all bot reporters and doomsayers so IMC and their trusty WKs can bask in their false sense of game improvement.
