This. We need to know your preferred play style. Boss killer, field clearer, buffer, debuffer, summoner, physical, magical, crafter, etc.
But since you mentioned Monk, I’ll start with that.
Classes to pick in ranks 2 to 4 are debatable, but I especially choose either Krivis or Priest.
Krivis for numerous utility buffs + HP regen.
Priest for some buffs + resurrecting.
