I am in the middle east, so which server will have the best ping?

As the title says, I want to join a server that will offer the ping for my location.
I am in the middle east, specifically in saudi arabia. Currently, i am on the designated EU server, yesterday I played on one of the first servers and failed to came back after i left. Today a SEA server has been announced and now available. SO, please if anybody has any idea on which server might offer the best ping.

OR will there be a middle east server ? (as long as english)

EU server, once it actually gets moved to the EU Host.

I checked my ping last night using the ip addresses provided by at the forum…
My ping in Singapore runs from 100 to 150 while in Germany it is 250 - 300, now problem is there is no transfer from Fedimian to Telsiai. of course i know my time is 5 hours ahead of SE so i am torn between ping and time zone.
