Usually this means that the area you’re trying to enter does not have the channel that you’re currently in. Try changing channels before going into the new area and look for the one that works. Server issues are everywhere, but hopefully by Tuesday the game will be mostly stable.

Thank you, that worked. Strange, I tried that before and it did not work. At least now I can play.
