In a rush to swap my pet I clicked the delete button and clicked accept. Please help, thanks in advance.

My deleted pet’s name was Floof, don’t know if that is needed info but I noticed a few people who have had better luck getting assistance with this issue have included it.
While I’m on the forums let me describe what confused me as well to maybe have this happen less often in the future.
When you have a pet equipped to a character the option to remove him is an arrow that points to the right of the screen. In my haste to log into a character to play with a friend I mistook the - symbol as the opposite, e.g an arrow pointing back to the character’s side of the screen.
Now I understand it was my fault for not reading the warning, but it’s clearly misleading based on how many also fell for this unfortunate similarity.
I think maybe an X, or a Trashcan symbol like most games would be better. If that is something you don’t want to or can’t change, just moving the - to the right of the pets name since they are on the right of the screen would be much more noticeable as a delete icon.
Anyway just my 2 cents on the situation. Still just hoping you can help me out once with a reset like others have been, thanks again.

Going on a week now, I just want to know if my pet can or can not be restored at this point. It’s a pain keeping an open slot for it not knowing if I will even get it back.
