as you are very good at what you do to hold this position, let me kindly offer the consumer’s perspective to improve your decision making capabilities.
Right now those players most willing and eager to spend money are being punished in many severe and therefore frustrating ways. This is only obvious to someone enthusiastically playing Tree of Savior and very useful knowledge for the long term satisfaction and commitment of the paying playerbase.
Some examples I would like to show here:
- Founder packages locked up on the wrong servers
- No way to buy more TP even now
- Surprise announcements creating a mess
The solutions can be simple, yet have far reaching effects in an environment this fast paced where even 3 days can feel like an eternity and lead to a break off.
Possible solutions:
- Make TP account wide, not tied up to specific servers
- Always offer some option to buy more TP - no matter how
- Be open with future possibilities and announcements. Create polls and give some “behind the scenes” perspectives
