I’m looking at this skill, and it says it has -15 sec hp recovery time. What exactly is recovery time (im guessing amount of time it takes to tick, to heal HP recovery amount), and what is the default HP recovery time?
The default is 20 sec.
Some stuff about bringing HP recovery time down to 0 (but the game only allows down to 1).
