Anyone play on the Korean server know? Is it popular? Is the population on the rise or on the decline? How’s the reception?
- not too high
- not too low
last time i checked it was around 15-20th place on the rankings or something, but i cant the stupid site anymore
I hear a lot say this game is already dead in korea, true? I looked up some older posts and a lot of people criticized the game being too linear and boring. Has it improved substantially since then or still the same?
Okey, this game is broken in korea. All because of its cash shop and server stability. The Nexon company sucks balls. Tree of Savior launched in Korea last December with an expensive cash shop and some server issues. newly launched Korean title has banned over 1,000 accounts in its first week for taking advantage of the game. that were botting, exploiting, or using illegal programs,

Ausrine is still pretty lively. It can be crowded during peak time, in which is the morning for me. I usually log off if it is crowded because my ping can’t handle it; even with VPN. I haven’t touched the lower content for a while since iToS is coming out. Queue for dungeons can be instant or 30 minutes for me depend on the time I log in. But most of the times I just solo low level dungeons. Fedimian is still very full. Surprisingly, so are underground passages; in which has become a popular place to hang out for groups of people.
You have yet to see the worst, not defending Nexon since they are already pretty bad. Certain company ban/suspend accounts under the name of ‘precaution’ if the account stop buying cash items or stop playing for a period of time, quite ironic consider it was an F2P game. Let’s just hope that doesn’t happen here aye?
holy balls $30 hair. I hope ITOS will handle cash shop differently. That said I’m surprised and disappointed that the game wasn’t a hit in Korea since RO was very popular back in the days.
