Been away for like a whole month, I feel free honestly but I couldn’t help but see if IMC has made things worst than they already was. Any game breaking bugs been made since I’ve been gone? Did they attempt to rebalance anything and only make it shitter? I’m just dying to know lol
There is no more bugs, the game can even run in a calculator, there is no more exploits, there is no more hacks, there is no more bots, the content is fun, the classes are all balanced.

It’s like you read my mind down to each letter. Me being an Ex Ragnarok player who played it for half a decade made ToS look like the game I always wanted. I’ve never seen a game with this much potential go to waste, hell I’m pretty ■■■■■■■ pissed at IMC for ruining ToS. Regardless I did enjoy my time playing the game despite the bugs and many, many ■■■■ ups the company had with the game…maybe if I ask Santa really hard maybe he and his elven army can make a new ToS or something lol
Anyways you guys made me laugh, I might poke around the forums here and there and hue at the few white knights that still somehow exist but yea ToS is pretty much dead in my eyes, way past the point of revival. Welp now I gotta search for a new mmo to get addicted to, any suggestions?

I went back to GW2, i am more of an Isometric RPG player than anything, but GW2 at least offer some nice stuff to keep me relaxed and i have fun with it, no stress, no problems with hack, bots or w/e vermin we stumble on KR MMOs, at least so far i haven’t saw one in GW2.
I am playing every now an then Steep, i participated in the last CBT, now it is on OBT before they release and ask for $50 for it lol. I was going to buy it but decided no to.
Its fun but i sense some stuff is out of the ordinary, related to scores in some tracks.
I am still waiting for Lost Ark and Lineage Eternal, i know they will be as generic as Devilian, but at least it is a small feast for the eyes.
I wish Grim Dawn devs would make it MMO like it, with persistent world.
For now, i will continue play ToS, but less than i used to. I already got tired of leveling Alts. Doing the same thing over and over, typical of Asia (and no, i am not being sarcastic, it is their culture), i think that is why KR MMO never evolve.

Dude I meant to reply a whole lot sooner but I haven’t been visiting the forums at all. I did try GW2 and so far my brother and myself are enjoying it quite a bit! Necro class is pretty fun and for a light armored class they do night die easily~ I maybe tempted to buy Heart of Thorns in the next day or two.
ToS still exist or is the post above me correct?
There are still people playing ToS, i play every now and then when a friend ask me to make her company, but i am playing more GW2 or D3, most of time watching movies or reading something.
I am not so sure if ToS will ever recover from this heavy blow IMC did on it, or more like, on us, well, who like P2W model might stay, and others might come here too when they implement the crap they plan to.
There is no more costumes in the shop, to buy it now, you have to waste heavy amount of $ in TP, waste your time opening RNG boxes and exchange the crap you got for exchange points (30 points each if i am not mistaken) to be able to buy something, costumes are around 190-290 EPs (Exchange Points) if memory serves me right.
Imo, it is just a desperate attempt to grab the max they can, which i doubt it will work out (imo it is really stupid the way things turned out), which hurt even more the little to non existent reputation this game (and the company) has.
As the post above you said, i think they are aiming to stick to the mobile version, i wouldn’t doubt they cancel the PC version for that one tbh.
Stick to GW2, it is a nice game, could be even better, but there is no perfect thing in this world, but it get close to and ideal game, well at least it is my opinion.
If only it was an Isometric RPG i would find it perfect lol.

Hmm I see, I truly wished another company was in control other than IMC, they’ve got to be the worst gaming company I’ve seen in years. Anyways thanks for all the info and keeping me in the loop and definitely grateful for pointing me over to GW2! It ain’t perfect but that’s fine with me, good story and combat is fine with me. And I’ll keep my fingers crossed that an isometric game that isn’t trash is made in my life time, RO was my first MMO, was love at first site heh.

As an EX Elsword player, I can actually say I’ve been conditioned to accept that there’s always scummy tactics in MMOs. I’d still actually place IMC at around a C~ level of satisfaction when they actually do things. I mean, they have been amateurish for chewing on things they can’t even start up but at least they’re fairly honest and have listened to multiple playerbases at once; something Koreans usually don’t do at all.
I want ToS to actually be good, but IMC’s mindset is clear: The. Either Nexon is holding them by the balls as they work or literally iToS was just an afterthought; both of which are pretty plausible. Which, while I’ll continue on until the game literally closes; means it probably won’t be alive because IMC’s priorities revolve around appeasing Nexon’s homegrounds rather than their own.
These days I’ve just been doing my own thing; Keeping up with ToS and playing it some but probably playing DFO with friends or endulging some nostalgia with games like Rumble Fighter and other niche titles. It’s not that I don’t want to, but with how the community has been stabbing itself repetitively as repetitive as rerolling can get- People die when they’re killed. I know by the time passes and ToS actually becomes a decent game that people will start replaying it; but the issue is if it actually gets culled before that and how long it’ll take before it gets to that level.
However I downright refuse to play Elsword, because as many times as people say here “we got IMC’d ” , they have no clue what it’s like to get “KoG’d”. It’d take a spectacular mishap for IMC to outdo the regular shenanigans and crap KoG does on a regular basis.
