After lots of testing, i figured ou a way that works 90% of the time. You need to stop for 1 second or so in each circle after continuing to the other one, and the buff will apply.

This statue seem buggy not working sometime.
After cast wait for a few secs the statue will land 3 magic circles(wait few secs more for glowing aura (stop 1 sec you talking about)) then we step on each circle.
Yes it still bugs sometimes, but doing this i’ve been able to even proc it 2 times with one statue.
