How to split the content of a DLC pack?

Hi guys ! I was wondering if there is any way to split the content of a DLC pack (I’m talking about the big shiny treasure chest you receive from purchasing a DLC Founders pack) BEFORE you put it down to a specific character. I would like indeed to access the TP inside the pack, but i’d also love to hold on to my reset potion a bit longer ! Maybe for a reroll or something ( some character to try wild and eccentric build of some sort !)

Anyway ! Thoughts ?

As far as I know there isn’t any way. Once you claim it on one it’s bound to that character. A true pity because this game encourages Alts and rerolls by its nature (hidden classes, class rank choices and combos). But you’re expected that on your one character to have the need to utilize all those DLC consumables. Note I didn’t say first.

Support isn’t very helpful with delivering customer service. I’ve tried several times to no avail to have my reset potions moved to my new character. Games honestly a s**tshow. Exploits, bugs, lag, spam, no customer service, hacks, fraud, restrictions, unplayable features (GvG, field boss lagapaluza)… The list goes on. Cute and nostalgia only goes so far

And yet you are still here. My house is burning down, but I refuse to leave it for reasons unknown to anyone.

Yeah and your point? I didn’t say I didn’t enjoy the game. besides I paid money and I’ll stretch it out as long as I like, it doesn’t change the fact that all the things I listed are true. Ask yourself, are you more upset that those things are true or at the idea that a player like me can have contempt with something and still engage at it.

youd be thankful for the players that actually do quit and don’t play this mess. Without players actually having the restraint to quit or to not pay into this mess there would be little to no incentive for the game to improve. And it needs much improvement. Don’t be so belittling and try to see the bigger picture. There’s almost a karmic reason for us all. Like I said, for those of us that continue to hope and stay, we actually have reason to be thankful for negativity. Without it there’d be little positivity

I never did belittle you, but you seem to be overreacting quite a bit.

Not over reacting at all. Just your interpretation over texts, understandable. But I think I answered OP’s concern and shared my opinion on the matter. Your reaction came with sarcasm that was neither fitting to his question and just seemed like the run of the mill, “love it or leave it” attitude.

I mean yeah I brought up points that I didn’t necessarily need to (the gripe with the non related stuff to splitting the DLC) but my connection is that amongst ALL of the complaints of the game, you’d think they’d do better to deliver superior customer service. But they don’t. The DLC items moving about isn’t an uncommon one with how this launch went. But their policy has been stiff and disheartening. It boils down to perhaps laziness on their part.
