Once the FPS is fixed, maybe we could get a 20-30 man raid. For me, this is why ET isn’t much of a thing here. Limited to 5 man meta party. And yes we have those guild content, but they are either buggy and/or aren’t even worth doing at all.
I do wonder about the buff limit. Kind of thing you’d expect someone to come up with when they’ve in a drunken haze.

You know… it’s those kinds of completely outlandish balance decisions I actually have a fetish for though. Sets the game apart. Pretty sure it makes 99% of people cringe though.
I actually dont want an increase party size. 5 is good.
As you mentioned, fps needs to be fixed first.
After that maybe they can have bigger dungeons and be able to link 2 parties together or something, but imo party size is fine at 5.
This is now the second optimization patch, not initial. What makes you think there wont be a third? They make a patch to help with the issue that people complain about the most and you make comments like this smh.
I didn’t even notice the first patch…we had a patch?
AND WE WILL KEEP ASKING FOR FPS patches until we can have a screen full of animations and characters spamming skills.
I will be too if this doesnt help enough with the fps drops, but any step towards better fps is a good step.

Before you want to increase party size, I should remind you that need party members for parties. By increasing party size, the auto matching will need to assign more players to each parties. Lets say the average matching time for a 5 person Siaulai Mission is 5 minutes, making it 8 person party will probably make the queue 20 minutes or possible longer because your party members have to be in a certain level range. Auto matching doesnt even care about your class or circles yet it takes so long to enter a dungeon proves that meta build issue has nothing to do with queue wait. Besides, from what I see you are unhappy because the 5 person party will often only consists of the ‘core’ classes/circles, thats why you want party size of 8. Is there anything telling you that people wont just go 3 more ‘core’ classes/circles as party members? I believe class rebalance is the only way to save this game.
That’s exactly what’s going to happen.
If you got 40 places in your party, they will just get 40 meta classes instead of 5. Nothing changes.
missions stay as 5, increase grind parties and ET only.
Simple solution for your wall of text.
Bigger parties allow more social interaction. It also stops guilds from splitting into smaller groups to do content. What’s the real point of guilds anyway if you don’t have content to support large parties? And don’t get me started on GvG, half the players can’t do it without crashing.

Remove monster level -exp gap. If the party is strong enough to take on the high level monsters then let them be there. This will reduce the time needed level new characters. Player that likes to create alt does not need to repeat on boring quests, plus IMC can sell more characters slots.
Remove class bonus, this idea was to force party diversity, but with TOS population in decline I don’t think is a good idea to keep this.
Add party exp gain base on how many players you have in your party
Allow non-tradable items ( any grade) to be transferable in team storage.
Player do not like to run the same dungeon over and over again, and focus on making new character.
Lastly most important fix the dam fps. I don’t thnk I will need to say more.
TOS wants players to have fun from leveling, but sadly it is painful and discouraged when you want to level more than two characters. The idea of class reset will easily turning into a p2w items, which can drive your hardcore fans away if it is not done carefully.
I see “the class reset item” is a one time purchase. Player will only buy the items once or twice depend on how many characters does the person have. And then they will have nothing left to do.
On the other hand if you reduced the time that was needed to level a characters to r7, players will start making new characters which will create a demand on more characters slots. When the players feel attach to their characters they will start window shopping for cosmetic items.
The increase of the party member count is just retarded. The background thoughts are that more classes have a chance to integrate but that will not be the case. If you have more spae for Chronomancers partys will want more Chronomancers because its more effective. The whole idea is innocent dreaming and has nothing to do with reality.
Thauma is still the retarded little brother of Chrono and even 3 Chronos in party are still better as 2 Chrono+1Thauma unless your dds have short cds on their main skills. What we need is a far better balancing, starting by cutting the Chronos Pass down since the skill is absurdly imbalanced and will always be, no matter how many ranks come out.
And what will be the end of the story? It will lead to what ‘elitsm’ actually means.
Not to mention “Im not a bot” Dina Bee bots will have a ticket to grow max without any effort which means afking gets more promoted then ever. And not to mention we still have have dmg scaling which means they cannot get over 20 lvls because they would deal 1 dmg except for condition dmg. Ah, and did you compare the exp of Truffle and Evac with each other? Its not that much of a big increase and leads to more stress because some wannabes just refuse to lvl up where it initially was intended to.

tl;dr: Just make the rerolling process much more easier and flexible as the game goes on. Not sure why we have to deal with Gesti if we’ve already dodged her searching for our butts multiple times. That say, if you actually DO get ■■■■■■ by a circle reset, because you have a high leveled character adding to your base Team EXP, you could easily just grind your way back up.
Man is very hard or can’t find ppl for go dungeon with 5 team up and you want try with 8 team up ? you will killl the game more fast.

Why do we have to queue with people in a line of 25?
Instead of 5 parties of 5, we can have 3 parties of 8 plus one lucky loser.
Remove level requirements, finish the dungeon faster.
And rebuy all those attributes/refarm all that saalus etc? Nah, it’s easier to just get dismayed and quit. No point continuing to invest all that time into the game when they won’t even meet you halfway with a class reset or an attribute refund voucher/rare item transfer of some sort.
