How to report beta key sellers

I am a member in a community, and i know a person who is selling some beta keys, and i would like to report him. Because i think it’s a shame, so many players wanting to play, and some loking to profit on this situation.

I can’t seem to find one givaway, but there are tons of people selling keys…while some of longtime rag fans like me are searching desperatedly for keys…

Agreed,I think all members of the community should know this information so that if they see this happening, they can report it properly. If anyone has the best method of reporting this to staff, please post it here.I actually need to know as well.

This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.

If you have seen any of those sites, please take the URLs and send them to staff.

Where can I buy a key? Registered since pre-1st beta but ToS says I don’t qualify as a Canadian…

The whole key system is kinda messed up and favors people who break the rules and sell them anyway.

You can report someone by PMing the Staff by going to their user page and pressing the “Message” button on the top right. Just remember that they’re in Korea AFAIK so give them time to read the messages. Also, they probably get spammed a lot with PMs so it takes time.

If you pushed the button within the allotted time frame like you were supposed to,then you still have until the end of the day to receive it in your inbox.People are still getting keys, don’t be so quick to resort to a method that will get you and the seller perma-banned from here and the game.

I’ve just PM’d the staff. Thanks to @Garrnett, I didn’t even know there was a staff profile you could message.

Unfortunately I appear to have the same problem. A friend of mine got the key as soon as they started handing out them but I didn’t get mine, and I registered before him! (yes, clicked the button lol)
The whole situation is a bit infuriating, and people selling or hosting ridiculous contests to hand out keys only worsens it…
In the end, there’s nothing we can do but wait…:weary:

I don’t recall a button as I don’t remember seeing it mentioned in announcements…

Looks like I have no choice but to buy it. If they ban then I’d have to buy another one? The cycle continues…

Unfortunately, there’s no solid way for IMC to actually punish key selling that is done on 3rd-party websites. They would need the actual key to nullify it, which can’t be obtained until after you buy it-- in which case, the key seller wins because his key was sold and whoever bought it, reported the key they just bought only to lose the money they paid for it (And IMC isn’t going to go to those websites and buy out all their keys, just so other people can’t buy them).

The only thing that’s worth doing is keeping the selling off of this domain, and let people outside of it do whatever they want.

Thanks for the feedbacks!

I tried to do that but after reading the welcome page, you have to built up “Trust level” I think it was called to be able to PM people.

Although, they also said that if you’re new, you could reply to that welcome page that they sent you if you want to contact a staff.
