are you running a terribly outdated client? maybe you’ve got the kToS client installed?
you need to install Steam, purchase one of the DLC through steam, download the game, and run it via Steam.
and you need to post in the troubleshooting forum if you want anyone that knows what they’re doing to see it and help.
I tried alot of options and still no solution to my problem. sadly it takes so long for a reply from tickets
