I’m new to this game and I kinda addicted to it now. Right now my character lvl. is 400 and I just finished Neringa’s quests for lvl.400 equipment boxes, but I don’t really know what to do next. Can someone tell me what should I do at this point of the game? I’ve been reading a lot of guides about gear progression and most of them only tell me what certain gears do and how to ichor and so on, but I don’t know how to get them. You can even call me stupid because I don’t even know what or how to craft legendary equipments when I’m a week into this game! If you know what should I do next, please help me. Thanks for the helps in advance!
What you do next is main story quests on episode 11, get the episode 11 rewards (a big upgrade vs the Neringa stuff), do episode 12 with that, get the episode 12 rewards, participate in current event, get the scrolls from episode 12-1 shop, do episode 13 with that. You should have a basic set on your main character. After that, just do the daily/weekly content to get silver and mats for improvements (ichors, ark, accessories…).

join high level big and kind guild, they help a lot in your progress

big and kind are exclusive to each other. A kind guild would never attempt to grow beyond a certain point because this game is not multiplayer-friendly.
On the other hand, a big guild is most of the times a competitive guild, which is the exact opposite of kind, it tries to compete in GTW and guild raid for resources.
Because this requires investment, it requires engagement and funding by the guild members. In a real MMORPG that isn’t just instanced dungeons like PSO or TOS you can at least do some social activities with all the guild members as a competitive guild but in TOS?
It’s down to opening card albums. Great guild interaction, 10/10 fun.
Couple that with the lack of content ideas and the bad balancing and RNG festa and there goes any substance for a nice guild that exceeds 15 members.

most big guild help you go through uphill and raid, like 60% of the high level player I know run multiple parties of WW (1 hard with their main party and some number of normal to help lower level guildie). Same with thing like singularity where people leave 1-2 slots for new member.
