“How to level up Divine Retribution Ark?”
Its 2021 but still… IDK how… 
All I know is the old str ark…
It’s the same. Go into rest mode, press craft ark, drag some Nucle to increase exp to max, repeat with BGs, mystic pages and sierra stones to increase level.
