hey guys i wanna share something that i found to login without error message
- disable your antivirus
- if you disconnect from game you must exit the steam first and then login steam again,
- delete the user_c.xml on tos folder
it worked for me, tell me if work/not work
hopefully this work for you guys, see you in game 
P.S please restart your PC first
