How to get IMC support to Reply to Tickets?

Hey Guys,

I recently made a purchase via Steam and the TP bundle never arrived.
As in it isn’t in my Steam Inventory nor In-game inventory.

IDK if I should be looking elsewhere Please help. IMC if taking forever to reply to my ticket I submitted.

Or will I have to ask Steam to refund my money?

Have you tried the command:

/retrieveAllItems
