How to get Chaplain ? Where Chaplain Master ??
[NOTE: You’ll need to be Priest C3 and Rank 5 (or higher) to be able to advance to Chaplain.]
Anyone should be able to complete the pre-quest to make the Chaplain Master appear, as with every pre-quest.

You’ll need to talk to a guard in Orsha (location: http://i.imgur.com/4D5evge.jpg) until he tells you that he recently met the Chaplain Master.

The Orsha Guard’s dialog will mention a guard in East Siauliai Woods, you’ll need to talk to the right one. Go to East Siauliai Woods, and the guard should be next to the entrance to Klaipeda, and not marked on the map.

Talk to the Priest Master and they’ll inform you that the Chaplain Master is in Dvasia Peak. The Chaplain Master should then appear next to the Dvasia Peak Vakarine Statue. (location: http://i.imgur.com/rtLLsHu.jpg)
Congratulations! You can now advance to Chaplain from Rank 5 Cleric, as long as you are a Priest C3.

you seem really knowledgeable regarding stuff about clerics and just want to ask something. should i get chaplain for my rank 5 then monk? or should i just go full monk3 ? i’m going priest3 atm.
Hey there, sorry I haven’t been able to reply quickly! No I don’t suggest going chap for monk, Def go Priest3>Monk3.
Reason being that chap and priest buffs by that extension are mostly auto attck based and not skill based. Monk is skill based with 0 CD double punch and other fun skills.
Thanks for the reply. yeah, i thought asperillgium?? forgot how it was spelled, could proc on double punch. i really liked the buffs chaplain had.
