How to fix skill bug?

Bug Description : Necromancer shoggoth skill bug
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Was resetting skill as i was experimenting
2. After I finalized my skill/class the skill can’t be used on the skill bar

did you put a card back into the necronomicon? Could be that when resetting the skill the card was removed from the necronomicon
