Or actually put cooldown reduction as a substat of INT
0.1% CD reduction per INT?

Well I would appreciate it if you justify your thoughts a little bit better instead of just saying something wouldn’t work just because.

As for my justifications:
INT is probably the worse stat there is, only gives one stat, magic attack.
Wizard relies on skills more than any class, not only they are gated by SP problems but long cooldown skills hampers their DPS. When you see a game where magicians have to use worthless auto attack in between CD, you know something is wrong.
Skill CD in this game is very long while buffs last for a very short amount of time.
Lots of games have CD reduction and I don’t know why that would be bad for ToS.

I would say that more than CDs Wizzards as an example have a worse thing than “CDs” and that’s Int. Int is the worse stat in the game by far. I think that Wizzard should either get a skill that increases your SP regen base on the amount of Int you have or decrease the costs of the spells.

Some classes do lots of damage just through AAs while the Wizzard class relies too much on spells that sure they do good damage but the CDs are too long and this is not only because of the time required for you to use again the spell but also because of the amount of SP you require plus the SP regen that Wizzard have. It is really annoying when not only you can’t use spells due to the long CDs but aswell because of the lack of SP, the low SP regen and the huge amount of SP most of the Wizzard spells cost.

I don’t mind if Fireball as an example or Energy ball having CDs, but basic spells should not cost SP. That or as I said, allow Wizzards to have a skill that increases their SP regen based on the amount of Int they have thus creating a situation where they always have good regen if they were to go all Int.

I don’t know. Its just hard to say things need an adjustment, especially CDs, without a well built spreadsheet.

I like how people are non-stop complaining about cool downs and SP problems like they’ve played enough end game content to judge it. Let’s be real, most people who are complaining about this stuff were on the iCBT and were lucky to reach level 50. That’s very low for ToS standards. I hate to use RO as an example but, how many of you have played acolyte going priest? Remember that low level grind? Remember how you cast heal 5-6 times, kill a few zombies, then sit down to regain your SP? But there’s 2 things different about SP problems in low level ToS as compared to low level RO. SP potions on ToS are WAY cheaper than blue potions on RO and Spirit increases SP way more than Int did on RO. Spirit on my swordsman was giving me at least 5%+ more SP per point, where as Int on RO gave a flat 1% increase. You got SP problems? Buy pots, sit more often, and put points into Spirit.

Just no.

Unreasonable suggestions.

Some of these skill really need lower cooldowns… In latest patch they have been fixed some of skills cooldowns which is good sing.

There was a problem with cooldowns?

Any cooldown fixes in kCBT3 so far was to counter either nerf patches, or the cool down was increased (like effigy for Bokor) because it was rather op.

Otherwise the current cooldowns are petty fine.

Nope. Cant agree sir.
I played archer, and his auto attack was so shitty that you always relied on skills, and guess what ? HUGE FREAKING HIGH ENORMOUS CDS ! They need to fix CD asap.
Playing archer was like this :
Spam skills in 3-5s > Run for 30s autoattacking while waiting for cds > spam skills > do it all over again> boreness.

I got lvl 74 archer/sapper. Cool downs were great for me. 8)
Managing my SP/skill use & sp pot expenditure was one of the only rewarding difficulty the game offered.

I didn’t mind using auto attack & waiting for my skills because they were powerful and therefor worth the wait.
My skills were actually valuable, traps especially… I’d have been OP with lower cool downs.

You were doing something wrong, multi shot has 15s for 2 charges, oblique shot is 0 cd.

What were you doing?

If you use both it has a 30 secs cd. You can use all your skills in less than 5 secs. Then go auto attacking again. So cool. Indeed fascinating.

But…but… oblique shot has zero cooldown. The only limiter is the sp ._.

It’s possible he didn’t get oblique shot

Fulldraw is only skill that have long cooldowns in archer…
