For free the best way like DrHell said, 20characters works. (But leveling in this game is so boring man, i cannot do more than 1 character 390…)

Getting to 390 is okayish but doing all the quests is tedious 
If you mean in Tel server, I think that guy is quitting the game. That’s why he’s selling a lot of things with over price like that. And again, those are an end game items for now.
And how to get rich is buy the cube in the cash shop and re-sell it in game. Fastest!!!
Or making a lot of characters and go to dungeons everyday.
Or get just one strong character and farming silver in HG 380. You can makes 1-3m in an hr.

You can farm 1m within ~30 minutes with a good non-Scout (pure silver, no drops included), so over 2m per hour is definitely possible (if you sell your drops[primus/shards/albums], you’ll probably earn around 3 - 6m on average). This will increase in the new 390 HG since the monsters there are all aggressive and will follow/swarm you + the HG provides specific farming areas.
You can also get rich fast if you roll good items on raid/boss cubes, but that’s only for those having continuous luck.

Solo cm. Each cm gives you around 800k +material+blue gear for gem exp and other gears for dust. For a well gear dps each solo is around 10-15 mins. My net income is estimated around 8m per Hour assuming material drop is somewhat 80k per piece in Klaipeda server.
