Hi all, I was arguing with my friends about this topic, trying to see a solution to this problem, everyone bring different ideas, some more crazy than others, these ideas that I will present were those that we believe are the best, we rely on our experience of over 15 years playing MMOs, so I hope you like and if so perhaps implement future.
-Anti Bot Captcha: well this idea is basic, has been implemented in other games is effective but is not definitive .The idea was… while playing a captcha randomly appears every 15 minutes-1 hour, this captcha will give you 30 seconds to answer, while you are answering your character can not be moved and you’ll be immune to damage, if answer correctly will receive a small bonus that could be for example 5% -10% exp bonus for the next 30 minutes,otherwise if you fail you will be kicked to the server menu.this will not affect ppl with shops open like squires or alchemist…
-Disable the Trade System: I know i know this will affect everyone and bla bla,read 1st pls,the idea is to remove completely the Trade system between users, this means that you could not trade items with other players via 1: 1 or through the market, to be implemented this suggests is preserved the object exchange system between characters on the same account, this free and unlimited, the% drop of some objects whose drop rate is less than 1% will be increase.now this idea would also arises a possibility that people with Token can perform a limited number of trades with each other, however this is only if we made tokens untradeable.(i saw this system on CyberStep games.)
-Access to maps with quest: this third and last idea I suggest , proposes that if its implemented,it will requires players to have completed their questline to that point to advance to the next map, why? bots can level up fast while grinding, this without making any quest at all, this idea would be forcing bots to stay in the initial maps or cities without the possibility of interrupting the players as they perform their quest.because lets be honest,you create a new character you get like lvl 30 lets say and then you have quest on that map that its full of pantos,you pick your quest and go to the place market on your map,and then outnowhere :O!! you see a bunch of bots on that area,even more bots than monsters…and you stay for a sec to report a few of them and you think “meh i hope IMC fix this” so you change channel thinking ok they are on channel 1 i just have to move to channel 2 and BAAAMMMMM!!! just like that your in channel 2 with a bunch of bots again,you start to think “omg whats wrong with those bots >.<!” you try your luck in others channels but the same thing so you end here in the forum making a thread about it praying,full of hope that IMC notice you thread and they do something about the bots…
