How to create Guild storage

Guys i have a question, I created a guild. My question is ,

  1. how can i create a guild storage? google shows level 8, but info is not clear and complete. And is there a guild quest i should finish to create a guild storage?. or what are the requirements to do this. Thank you

There are also a set amount of guild events you need to do before it unlocks, but I forget the amount. I think it’s 3-4 weeks worth of events

btw Csiko, is there a minimum level requirement to deposit withdraw in guild storage? or any lvl 40 up can do it.
