Can we change other ranks when we chose the wrong rank? Such as, my second rank is linker but now i want to change to wizzard 3. So is there anyway to do that without train another character?
No, you can retake Wiz 3 at later ranks though, if you did not want to take Linker then you’ll have to reroll your char.

Yes, there is no point on taking wiz 2 if not for wiz 3, Wiz 3 is VERY good though.
Wiz 3 > Linker works very well together, also should be fine with either Featherfoot or Warlock.
