Hi guys, yesterday they made the relocalization of the SA server and gave us compensation rewards.
So, yesterday i logged in and saw them in the message box and left it there. Just few minutes ago i logged in and they have disappeared, how come? Do they last a few hours in the message box and thats it?
Would be nice if someone could help me, a few days ago something similar happened. I had a reward in the message box but after login in again it just disappeared.
Hope someone can help, I really wanted to reclaim those rewards.

The rewards expire after a specific time (usually within a few days) the expiration date is displayed below the items (“Redeemable until [XXXXX]”). If it’s gone, then you most likely didn’t claim it in time 
1 day expiration date? Really?
most “unexpected maintenance” rewards only last for a day.
there’s an expiry time listed at the bottom of the mail.
you must claim them before then, or they expire, and are lost.
paid items, like the Beginner/Veteran pack have a time limit of “does not expire.” so you don’t have to worry about those if you don’t want to use them right away
