Have you tried using your Seal of Space? It’s a quest item that you have that allows you to use Obelisks to access otherwise hidden areas.
I put mine in a hotkey slot. Every new map I get to I use the item; if there is an Obelisk you can use it at anywhere on the map then a message will display saying something like “You need to be close to the Obelisk to use this” or whatever, and if there isn’t an Obelisk on the map nothing will happen at all (no message displayed).
It’s good practice to use your Seal of Space in every map you come across unless you already know the map does or does not have an Obelisk.

And how to do 100% map in Demon Prison 3F?
Use seal of space on the stone here. Seal of space if obtained from tenet church 2F story quest after beating Gesti.
