How should I stat a Cataphract?

Right now I am planning something like 150 STR, 20 CON, 100 DEX or 100 STR, 20 CON, 150 DEX for level 270. I am focusing PvE and occasionally GvG. Is it ok? Should I change something? More CON maybe?

My build is: Swordsman > Peltasta > Hoplite > Cataphract > Cataphract > Cataphract > Dragoon
