How Psychokinesis damage is applied?

Possession skill from Sadhu is Psychokinesis type.

Pajoritas dagger gives Psychokinesis extra damage.

Am i supposed to hit even more with Possession, or the way of applying the damage is just like Arde/Karacha daggers but being other element?
