How powerfull Shield Block on PVP ( All Class )?

Let’s say an Archer or Swordsman that never put a single point on SPR
Can they land attack on full con Wizard or Cleric ( using shield ) without being block ?

as we know even 1:1 str:dex build archer still miss if try to attack full dex Archer or swordsman.

If it’s will mostly block physical attack then full con Wizard or Cleric will very OP in PVP or GVG
Have High HP, High Block, Skill never miss coz magic attack ( except on Rodelero ), many CC and still have decent damage to kill.

But from other point of view block indeed Necessary for Tanker in PVE.

It’s hard to get enough CON to be able to block that often without some skill enhancing your block rate. For clerics, they can go priest c3 and use stone skin to have an extremely high block rate ( based on their spirit ). For wizards, I don’t think there’s a good option.

at level 200 you can get stats at least 400 points
If you put all of that to Con, you will get 400 block rate
Thats not enough to 80% Block ?

if you compare started stats each for archer and swordsman only have 4 & 3 spr
its mean 4 block penetration.

so you mean 4 block penetration can land attack to 400 block rate ?
even 50% block penetration attribute from 2hd spear cataphract doesn’t have point if you don’t put any stat to SPR, it’s only give +1.5 block penetration.
it’s a percentage not a flat number.

400 Block rate isn’t enough to block consistently, no.

in PVE term or PVP term ?
It’s will be great if PVP term.

i search random monster.

It’s stat have 62 SPR

are full con wizards really that strong.?
