Hey there,
I’m new to ToS and am currently playing around with the skill simulator. An information I haven’t been able to find is how often certain DoT skills tick. For example Pyromancer’s Fireball, Flame Ground, Fire Pillar and Hell Breath.
Where to find this kind of information?
