How Nuaele Card work?

Hi, please,
can someone enlight me how Nuaele Card Works?

Because the description says:

Generally on the cards, the Star comes with a % simble right after the star, when not, its because it add directly on an important attribute, as CON for example.

But on this card there is nothing about that, only strict +(plus) simble.

Do this mean if you have 7 stars you added only 7 Of Magic Defense, or someone can confirm if it is %, and the description is very poor?

The description is incorrect. The card gives you 1% extra Mdef for each star. It has been confirmed a lot of times by the GMs and tested in-game.
