Sent a ticker a month ago and you replied something like you were already looking into this issue, now someone in my friendlist who knew about that problem whisped me that he can use his voucher, but for me the option still isn’t shown.
What’s happening? To everyone asking the same things: Yes, I’ve got an extra slot, Yes, I’ve got the voucher, the problem here is that the NPC doesn’t show the option to redeem that voucher.
