How much looting chance for 100% silver drop?

I’ve been farming HG and I’ve been noticing that sometimes when I kill a group of 8 swelled mobs, I get 11-13k silver and I think my max was 20k for 10 swelled mobs. I also encountered elites and silver mobs that didn’t drop silver.

Currently at 570 looting chance btw.

Looting chance only affects randomized gears.
