How much do you need? I have 210 con now and am wondering if I need to put dex for PvP.

in this video especially the part he was doing 1v1 with a high dex fencer (with all dodge that appeared), even though he was missing a lot, restrain stun still worked, he even killed her using cyclone because she can’t get out of it due to stuns and with the amount of hits cyclone does, she eventually got hit and died as a result.
