I’m currently level 150, hav 30 CON. I find CON quite good to have for Wizard, although i believe wizard should be a glass cannon.
But how much u think is rational amount ?
If you don’t have a good amount of CON by 200 you will be a broken glass cannon. Specially against archer type enemies.
My Sorc have 80 CON at 220+ and sometimes i take heavy damage from archers since they use Multishot or Spiral Arrow which are multihit skills.
For wizard, bare minimum 50, a reasonable amount would be 70-80. My suggestion is 100.

but only if you take thaumaturge so you have even more con than full con thanks to transpose
I’m seeing a lot of Wiz3 > Ele3 with 25k-40k HP, if that helps you.
And yes, wizards on that level with <15k HP dies fast when aggroed by some archers
Level is around 250-260 btw.
