How many second does it take for HP and SP recovery to tick?
I belive it’s every 10 seconds when out of combat.

Depends on your class, I think. I’ve had HP regen every 20 seconds on my Krivis (out of combat)
The regeneration rate found in the stat window will recover HP and SP every 20 seconds while standing and 10 seconds while sitting. This should be for all classes

I don’t remember if I was standing, but sounds plausible.
20 seconds when not sitting, 10 seconds when sitting.
Is it me, or are skills that increase that regen, like Aukuras or Paladin Restoration, worthless? +300 hp every 20 seconds is close to nothing…
